摘要
针对水润滑橡胶尾轴承的结构尺寸优化问题,设计了圆弧形、矩形、燕尾形3种不同形式的螺旋槽尾轴承,基于有限元静力分析和模态分析,应用Solid Works Simulation对3种不同形式的螺旋槽艉轴承模型进行结构优化设计。结果表明,通过优化3种不同形式的螺旋槽外形结构尺寸,对各自尾轴承优化设计结果具有一定的影响,且可以得到最为理想的最优尺寸参数。
Three different forms of spiral groove stern bearings with circular, rectangle and swallowtail were designed to solve structure optimization problem of water lubricated rubber stern bearing. Three different forms of stern bearing models were optimum structural designed, applying SolidWorks Simulation and based on finite element static analysis and modal analysis. The results show that the optimization for contour structure size of three different forms of stern bearing models, have an effect on optimization design results of each stern bearings, and get the ideal optimal size parameters.
