摘要
在船舶电力推进系统中,制动能量的回馈会造成泵升电压,过高的泵升电压会对变频调速系统造成不良影响,甚至会影响到整个船舶电网系统的正常工作。因此,采用一定方法处理这部分能量相当重要。在传统电力推进船舶中,制动能量的回馈大多采用制动电阻对其进行快速消耗处理,回馈能量将被消耗,不能再生利用。对此提出双向变流控制技术,将船舶制动时产生的大量能量回馈到船舶电网进行再利用。该方法不仅可以避免泵升电压带来的危害,而且对提高电力推进船舶的能效利用率,推动"绿色船舶"的发展具有重要的意义。
In marine electric propulsion system, the feedback of braking energy can lead to pump lift voltage, it is harmful to the variable frequency speed regulation system, and even affects the normal work of the whole grid system. Therefore, it must take certain method to consume the energy. In traditional marine electric propulsion system, it always uses the braking resistance to consume the feedback of energy, but it cannot be reused. It proposes the usage of variable flow control technology. The large amounts of braking energy will be reused in this way. The method can improve the efficiency of the utilization rate of electric propulsion system, and has the vital significance to promote the development of the ‘ green ship'.
