核潜艇装备周期长、技术复杂、军事价值高。法国是海洋大国,核潜艇部队不但是法国海军重要的组成部分,也承担了几乎法国全部战略核威慑任务。法国经过几十年的探索发展,目前已经建立了较为全面、成熟的核潜艇军备项目体系。本文旨在通过对法国核潜艇指挥体系和军备项目组织管理进行研究与剖析,为我国核潜艇相关研制部门完善组织管理体系提供借鉴、参考。
