摘要
通过比较不同液体环氧树脂、固化剂、活性稀释剂、功能性颜填料、助剂等的特性,制备了一种钢制管道内防腐无溶剂环氧涂料。试验证实,该涂料与知名跨国公司的相应产品相比具有更加优异的耐磨性、抗冲击性及防腐性能。
Through comparing varying liquid epoxy resin, curing agents, thinner, functional pigment and fillers, additives, a kind of anticorrosion solvent-free epoxy coating were prepared for the interior wall of steel pipelines. Tests proved the prepared coatings had good abrasion property, impact resistance and anticorrosion property.
