A Review of Researches on the Joint Culture of U.S. Armed Forces

"联合文化"的概念最早由美军提出,但并没有对其进行明确的定义。国内学者将联合文化的特征概括为政治性、实用性、功利性等。相关研究认为,联合文化的功能主要体现在提高军队联合作战能力,培养联合指挥人才,加快战斗力生成模式的转化等。学界认为,美军联合文化建设的途径主要包括:营造浓厚联合氛围,弘扬联合价值观念,创新联合人才培养,完善联合法规制度,确立联合思维方式,建设联合实践平台等六个方面。

The concept of Joint Culture put forward by the U.S. Armed Forced has not been clearly defined. Domestic scholar argues that joint culture is characteristic of politics and pragmatism. Researches find that joint culture improve the joint operation capacity, nurture joint commanding personnel and speed up the generation of military power through six ways： creation of joint culture, promotion of joint values, innovation of talent training, improvement of legislation, establishment of thinking model and platform.
