Advances in Studies on CC Chemokine Receptor 5 and Inflammatory Bowel Disease

CC趋化因子受体5(CCR5)为CCR家族成员,属于7次跨膜G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR),与炎症和免疫反应关系密切。炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎性疾病,免疫反应异常为其重要特征。研究显示,CCR5在IBD的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。本文就CCR5与IBD的研究进展作一综述。

CC chemokine receptor 5（ CCR5） is a member of CCR family and is categorized as 7 trans-membrane domain G protein-coupled receptor（ GPCR）. CCR5 is closely related with inflammatory and immune reaction.Inflammatory bowel disease（ IBD） is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease and is characterized by abnormal immune reaction. Studies have shown that CCR5 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of IBD. This article reviewed the advances in studies on CCR5 and IBD.
