天津港“8·12”爆炸事件无偿献血人群结构分析

Analysis of structural variation of volunteer blood donors during Tianjin explosion accident

目的分析天津市滨海新区"8·12"爆炸发生后应急无偿献血人群的结构变化,为建立固定无偿献血者队伍,做好无偿献血宣传招募工作,为开发潜力献血者提供依据。方法收集2015年8月13-17日爆炸期间5 d天津市血液中心无偿献血者的资料,与2012-2014年无偿献血者资料进行对比分析。结果天津滨海新区8·12爆炸事件发生后,无偿献血人数激增,男性占较大比例(62.87%),女性献血比例(37.13%)较日常比例有所上升;25-35岁人群所占比例升高(41.11%);大学专科以上学历献血比例大幅度上升(59.25%);职员献血比例大幅度上升(38.83%),工人、军人、医务工作者等职业献血人群比例均有不同程度的提高;本地常住人口献血比例明显增加(90.15%);初次献血者占较大比例(70.92%),非初次献血者比例较日常有所上升(29.08%)。结论滨海新区爆炸事件发生后,男性、18-35岁人群成为献血主力军,女性、25-35岁、高学历人群、职员、本地常住人口、非初次献血者参与度升高。

Objective To analyze the structural variation of emergency volunteer blood donors after Tianjin explosion accident on August 12 th,2015,and to provide evidence for the development of potential donor force and the establishment of a fixed blood donation team. Methods Information on volunteer blood donors were collected from Tianjin Blood Center from August 13 th to August 17 th,2015,and then were compared with the information collected between 2012 and 2014. Results The number of volunteer blood donors increased sharply after the explosion accident in Tianjin. The ratio of male donors was notably higher than that of female（ 62. 87%）. The ratio of the female donors was higher than that of routine female donors（ 37. 13%）. The ratio of 25- 35 year old population group also increased（ 41. 11%）. Donors with junior college education or above rose up（ 59. 25%） by a large margin. The ratio of staff members rose up（ 38. 83%） greatly. The ratio of donors from different occupations rose up in a varying degree,including worker,soldier and medical personnels. The ratio of donors from local permanent resident population has markedly increased（ 90. 15%）. The ratio of the first-time blood donor made up a higher proportion（ 70. 92%） than that of non first-time blood donors. The ratio of the repeat blood donors was higher（ 29. 08%） than during routine period. Conclusion After the explosion accident,the 18- 35 year old male donors constitutes the main force of blood donation. The participation ratio went up in many populations,including females,25- 35 year old population,population with higher education levels,staff members and local permanent resident population.
