浅谈自媒体在采供血突发事件中的实践应用——以“天津港‘8·12’”事故为例

Practical application of self-media in accidental event of blood collection and supply: example in the explosion in Tianjin Coast Area

自媒体的出现是信息时代发展的进步,无疑也是对传统媒体和网络媒体的冲击,它的及时性、移动性和互动性打破了信息传播的束缚,让重大新闻、突发事件在第一时间传播出去。近年来,在诸多突发事件中,自媒体扮演了越来越重要的角色,能够发挥正向的处理效能,引导舆情,快速辟谣,维护社会稳定。在"天津滨海爆炸事件"的应急处理中,天津市血液中心官方自媒体(官方微博、微信公众平台)发挥了重要作用,及时发布官方消息,稳定民心,避免造成恐慌;搭建互动平台,接受反馈信息;正确引导市民,均衡献血,调整工作方案,保证了伤员急救用血。

Representing the advancement of information era,the advent of self-media will undoubtedly have great impact on the traditional media and internet. Due to its timeliness,mobility and interactivity,it has broken the bonds of information communication,guaranteeing the instant transmission of major news events and accidental events. In recent years,self-media has played a more and more important role in many accidental events. It can induce positivity in reconciliation,direct public sentiment,rapidly refute rumors and maintain social stability. After the explosion event in Tianjin Coastal Area,the official self-media of Tianjin Blood Center（ official microblog,we-chat public platform） has played an important role in dealing with the aftermath. It released official news in a timely manner,stabilized the public sentiments,and prevented panic. It also established a mutual assistance platform and received feedback,correctly led the public to donate blood and adjusted the work arrangement,which helped to guarantee the steady supply of first-aid use of blood for the injured.
