提升输血科工作人员的临床思维及应变能力——参加CAPPTETME经验分享

Developing clinical dexterity and improving adaptive skills among blood bank personnels——Experience on participation in CAP PT ETME

目的介绍CAP输血能力拓展(ETME)这类全新的能力验证(PT)。方法整理分析本实验室自2012年CAP PT ETME开展以来连续7次参加该类PT的上报结果及CAP的反馈报告,并将CAP每次考核的主题和关键知识点进行归纳总结学习,以此提升本实验室工作人员的临床思维及应变能力。结果本实验室连续7次参加CAP PT的教育项目ETME,考察内容覆盖本实验开展的所有检测项目,并包括了临床病例的学习。CAP PT ETME为不评分项目,每次成绩回报后结合CAP提供的总结进行分析、自评,部分项目因延期收到,标本溶血无法完成检测,已上报结果的项目自评结果大多数与主流结果一致。结论在参加CAP PT ETME的过程中,本实验通过对不同病例的学习,不断加强临床思维的培养,提升了在临床实际工作中分析、处理、解决问题的能力。

Objective To introduce a new model of PT to domestic blood bank personnels,through retrospective analysis on seven consecutive times of participating in the CAP PT ETME. Methods Laboratory results and CAP feedback reports of seven consecutive participations in the CAP PT ETME were analyzed,since its development in 2012. The subject and key points of each survey were concluded,in order to develop clinical dexterity and improve adaptive skills in blood bank personnels. Results Our laboratory has participated in seven consecutive CAP PT ETME. This PT covered all the tests in our laboratory,as well as clinical case studies. CAP PT ETME was not a graded survey. All the reported results were analyzed and evaluated by the participations themselves according to the CAP participation summary. Conclusion By taking part in CAP PT ETME,our ability has been enhanced to analyze,process and solve problems in clinical practice.
