sFlt-1/PlGF比值对子痫前期预测价值的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 子痫前期是妊娠相关性疾病,严重影响母儿健康,其病理机制以广泛的母体血管内皮损伤为特征。子痫前期母体循环中血管生成因子(胎盘生长因子)和抗血管生成因子(可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1)的平衡失调可影响血管壁的完整性和通透性,在子痫前期临床症状出现前即发生改变。因此可作为预测子痫前期的生物标记物,为临床早期诊断、早期干预提供帮助。
