南京艺术学院图书馆民国艺术文献整理

Arrangement of the Art Literature of the Republic of China in the Library of Nanjing Arts Institute

基于对古文献整理、保护、利用的理念,南京艺术学院图书馆开展了民国艺术文献的整理工作,并且已经取得了一定的成效。介绍了南京艺术学院图书馆馆藏民国艺术文献概况,从文献查重、文献分类、制作整理目录、制定摘要、随书借书卡整理、破损文献处理等方面,阐述了民国艺术文献整理思路与方法。

Based on the concept of ancient documents＇ arrangement, protection and utilization, the library of Nanjing Arts Institute has carried out the the art literature arrangement of the Republic of China, and has achieved some results. This paper introduces the general situation of the art literature of the Republic of China collected in the library of Nanjing Arts Institute, and expounds the ideas and methods for arranging the art literature of the Republic of China from the aspects of the duplication checking of literature, the classification of literature, the making and arranging of catalogue, the formulating of abstract, the arranging of library cards attached with books,and the processing of damaged literature, etc.
