介绍了利用专利价值分析指标体系对陶瓷领域专利进行分析的方法和步骤,并通过对指标体系中的法律价值度、技术价值度、经济价值度的评价结果进行分析,详细解析并比较了陶瓷领域专利价值评估指标得分的特点,进而对陶瓷领域专利价值分析指标体系中各指标的比重和分值设定提出了建议,并初步构建了陶瓷领域专利价值指标体系结构框架,该体系的构建将促进我国陶瓷行业专利运营工作的顺利开展。

This paper introduces the methods and procedures of analyzing the patent in the field of ceramics by using the patent value analysis index system,and through analyzing the evaluation results of the legal value degree （LVD）, technical value degree （TVD）and economic value degree （EVD）in the index system, carries out a detailed analysis and comparison of the features of the patent value evaluation index score characteristics in the ceramic field, and further puts forward the suggestions on the proportion and the score set of each index in ceramic field, and initially constructs the structural framework of the patent value analysis index system, the construction of which will promote the smooth development of China＇ s ceramic industry＇ s patent operation.
