立足编辑工作实践,阐述了现代科技期刊责任编辑管理工作的基本特点,重点探讨了在科技期刊转企改制势在必行的今天责任编辑管理工作的关键问题。
Based on editing practices, this paper describes the basic characteristics of the management of responsible editors in modem sci-tech periodicals, and emphatically discusses the key points of the management of responsible editors in today when sci-tech periodical＇ s translating into enterprise and changing mechanism has been imperative.
