This paper expounds the background of the creation of the bibliographic database with ASEAN＇s minor- languages in Guangxi Library, introduces the first-phase preparations of the creation of the bibliographic database, probes into the significance of and some problems existing in the database creation, and puts forward some assumptions of perfecting the database creation.
