高校图书馆离退休人员管理工作初探——以大连理工大学图书馆为例

Probe into the Retirees Management in University Library——Taking the Library of Dalian University of Technology as an Example

近年来,高校图书馆离退休人员呈现出人数多、层次高、年龄大的特点。离退休人员管理工作在和谐校园建设中发挥着重要作用。阐述了大连理工大学图书馆离退休人员管理现状,探讨了离退休人员管理存在的问题,分析了产生这些问题的原因,提出了完善高校图书馆离退休人员管理模式的建议。

In recent years, the retirees of university library manifest the characteristics of large amount, high level and old age. And the retirees management plays an important role in the construction of harmonious campus. This paper expounds the current status of the retirees management in the library of Dalian University of Technology, probes into the problems existing in the retirees management, and puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the retirees management mode of university library.
