高校图书馆特色数据库服务方式探讨

Probe into the Service Mode of Characteristic Database in University Library

特色数据库作为高校图书馆数字化信息资源建设的核心和发展方向,具有重要的学术价值和社会价值。介绍了西南民族大学图书馆特色数据库概况,从提升特色资源利用率入手,深入探讨了高校图书馆特色数据库的服务方式:一是建立分级访问策略,实现特色数据的授权访问;二是将特色数据发布为关联数据,提升社会价值;三是强化馆际合作,实现特色资源共建共享;四是加强特色资源的整合,增强信息资源发现服务。

Being as the core and development direction of the the digitized information resources in university library, the characteristic databases have important academic value and social value. This paper introduces the general situation of the characteristic database in the library of Southwest University for Nationalities, and from the angle of improving the utilization ratio of characteristic resources, deeply discusses the service modes of characteristic database in university libraries： the first is establishing hierarchical access strategy to implement the authorized access to the characteristic database, the second is publishing the characteristic data as the linked data for advancing their social value, the third is strengthening the interlibrary cooperation for realizing the co-construction and sharing of characteristic resources, and the fourth is strengthening the integration of characteristic resources for enhancing the discovery service of information resources.
