The abound existence of non-tradables makes the traditional international economic theory fail to explain entirely the influence of price changes on import and export. In recent years, with the strengthening of openness, the tradables sector is increasing day by day in China, however, as a developing country, the proportion of non-tradables sector is still larger, the proportion of the two sectors is still imbalanced. And because the recent economic situation has become increasingly complicated, and affected by the relative price changes of the two sectors, economic resources show a flow from tradables sector to non-tradables sector. Therefore, the theoretical analysis on the influence of non-tradables on China' s import and export has important significance on promoting China's economic structure transformation and economic growth
