摘要
本文概述了浸渍阴极钨基体的制备。首先进行钨粉分级实验,选取具有最佳尺寸和形状的钨粉进行压制煅烧;其次总结了浸渍阴极钨基体的烧结温度对其烧结后的孔度均匀性以及孔度大小的影响;最后介绍了掺杂稀有金属或稀土氧化物的混合基体的制备方法、发射特性等发展现状。
In this paper,the preparation of the impregnated cathode tungsten matrix is summarized.Classification experiments are made first,tungsten powder with appropriate size and shape are selected to be suppressed and sintered.Then the influence of the sintering temperature on the porosity and the uniformity of the cathode tungsten matrix are summarized.Finally,the preparation methods and emission characteristics of impregnated cathodes whose matrixes mixed with rare metal or rare earth oxide are introduced.
