火电机组一类辅机变频器低电压穿越改造技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 大多数火电机组一类辅机变频器在输入电压下降到一定程度时都会触发本身的低电压保护,导致辅机停机,严重的甚至会导致火电机组停机。因此,保证火电机组辅机变频器能够实现低电压穿越刻不容缓。本文在全面调查了江苏省内高低压变频器的配置和使用情况的基础上,阐述了高低压变频器结构,总结了各种低电压穿越改造方案,并分析了各种方案的优缺点。最后介绍了江苏省内火电厂成功改造的典型案例予以参考。 Most frequency converter of the auxiliary equipment of thermal power unit will trigger low voltage protection when the voltage drops to a certain degree, leadingthe downtime of auxiliary equipment or even the thermal power unit. Therefore, ensure the low voltage ride through for auxiliary equipment of the thermal power unit is extremelyurgent. Based on the comprehensive survey of the configuration and usage of high and low voltage frequency converter in Jiangsu Province, the structure of high and low voltage frequency converter is introduced, the various solutions of low voltage ride through is summarized analyzedand the advantages and disadvantages of various options are analyzed. Finally this paper introduces typical cases of successful reform of the power plants in Jiangsu Province for reference.
