摘要 为拓宽工业控制系统的应用范围,使其从局域网环境扩展到互联网环境,本文在IAP(工业自动化通用技术平台)的研究基础上,通过建立三层架构并分析其数据通信关系,设计了一套工业控制系统远程组态及监控平台(简称远程平台)。该平台可实现对工业控制系统的远程组态设计与监控,且为企业生产过程自动化系统的云端服务体系的建设创造了条件。本文对该远程平台进行了延时性测试试验,结果表明该平台能够满足工业控制系统数据传输的要求。 In order to expand the application scope of industrial control system, extending it range from local area network to internet, the article based on the IAP (Industrial Automation Platform), through the establishment of the three-tier structure and analysis of its data communications, designed a remote configuration and monitoring platform for industrial control systems (referred to as a remote platform). The platform could realize the design of remote configuration and monitoring in industrial control systems, and created conditions of cloud service for automation systems. Delay tests of the remote platform showed that the platform was able to meet the requirements of data transmission in industrial control systems.
