摘要 农村新能源微电网建设,能够促进光伏、沼气、生物质燃料、天然气热电联供等适合农村的新能源的发展,促进煤改电、地源热泵、电动车等新型节能环保用电技术的推广,促进农村变配电系统的升级改造,提高其对新能源的吸纳能力,改善配电网的电能质量,满足日益发展的新型电力消费需求。初期,可重点考虑在大城市周边,具有较好条件的农村先行试点,并结合乡村旅游、农产品深加工等工作一起进行。在其建设过程中宜做好统筹规划,分步实施,扎实推进,并进行建设、运营管理模式上的创新,为改善农村能源结构,节能减排,保持青山绿水做出应有贡献。 Country new energy micro grid construction can promote the development of new energy, such as photovoltaic, biogas, biomass fuel, natural gas cogeneration, etc., to promote the promotion of new energy saving and environmental protection, such as coal-toelectric, ground source heat pump, electric vehicles, and promote the upgrading of country power distribution system, improve the ability to absorb new energy, improve the power quality of distribution network, meet the growing demand for power consumption. Early days, may focus on the big cities around, with better conditions of the country pilot, and combined with country tourism, agricultural products, such as deep processing work together. In the construction process are advised to do overall planning, step-by-step implementation, solid progress and the construction, operation and management mode of innovation, to improve the country energy structure, energy saving and emission reduction, keep the mountains and make due contributions.
