氢氧化镁环保阻燃剂活性产品的研制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 氢氧化镁为无卤、耐高的无机温阻燃剂,应用时对于高分子复合材料防火防灾救灾,尤为重要。我们将氢氧化镁(AMH),加工成微米级粉体并进行活化改性处理,研制并生产出活性镁系环保型无卤阻燃剂(GT-AMH)。应用(GT-AMH)无卤阻燃剂研制符合环保指标的低烟无卤阻燃电缆料和阻燃塑料,生产性能优良的AMH低烟无卤阻燃剂及其环保阻燃塑料。我国镁资源丰富,深加工和表面改性,研制应用于高分子塑胶材料中,低烟无卤阻燃材料的应用前景极其广阔。发展应用无卤、低烟、低毒及高效、复合型的环保型无机阻燃剂,适应建材、汽车、线缆、电器、复合材料等行业阻燃功能需求;保护环境,造福人类,意义重大。 As a halogen-free, high temperature inorganic flame retardants, magnesium hydroxide is particularly important for fire disaster prevention and relief of polymer composites. We processed magnesium hydroxide (AMH) into micron level powder and took activated modification .. treatment, then developed and produced an active magnesium-based environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardant (GT-AMH). Using GT-AMH, we can develop LSZH cable materials and flame-retardant plastic which meet environmental indicators, can also produce AMH LSZH flame retardant and environmentally friendly flame retardant plastics with excellent performances. China has abundant magnesium resources. With deep processing and surface modification, and applied into polymer plastic materials, the application prospect of LSZH flame retardant material is extremely broad. Development and application of non-halogen, low smoke, low toxicity and high efficiency, environmentally friendly complex inorganic flame retardants will adapt retardant functional requirements of building materials automotive, cable, electronics, composite materials and other industries; protection of the environment, benefit of mankind, which have great significance.
