摘要
首钢迁钢2X50MW燃气-蒸汽联合循环(CCPP)发电工程结合国内机组运行情况,对燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组系统做了以下改进:余热锅炉采用三压锅炉,余热锅炉主蒸汽参数采用次高压高温蒸汽;蒸汽轮机采用全周进汽快速启动高温次高压汽轮机。新技术的应用,余热锅炉热效率提高5%,联合循环发电机组综合效率提高9.6%,年增加发电效益2864万元。
2X50 MW fuel gas-steam combined cycle power project of Shougang Qiangang steel plant in combination with internal operation cites, the following improvements on the system of CCPP:HRSG adopted three pressure boiler, the parameter of main steam is sub-high pressure and high temperature; steam turbine using uniform-admission steam quick start times of high temperature sub-high pressure steam turbine. The application of the new technology, the heat efficiency of HRSG increased 5%, the comprehensive efficiency of combined cycle power increased 9.6%, the power benefit increased 28 640 000 yuan/year
