摘要
结合工程建设过程中设计环节的实际情况，从设计单位的角度出发，对设计变更进行分类。从外部因素和内部因素两个方面分析设计变更产生的原因及对设计单位产生的影响，并在此基础上提出相应的改进建议，对管理体系持续改进，具有重要的参考价值。
Considering design phase in engineering construction, this issue classifies design alterations from the position of design organization, analyzes causes and influences of design alterations from external and internal factors, and sets forward proposals to decrease the amount of design alterations. It has significant value on the continual improvement of management systems.
