摘要 为了降低导航雷达视频窄带传输系统的复杂度,同时保持视频图像传输的实时性,提出了导航雷达视频网络传输预处理方法。根据奈奎斯特采样原理,结合导航雷达视频数据特点,推导出了导航雷达视频数据预处理算法,并根据工程应用对算法进行了优化。利用某型导航雷达对视频预处理方法进行实验验证。实验结果表明:在保证视频数据传输实时性的前提下,采用预处理方法可将视频传输系统的压缩模块由4个减少至1个,逻辑资源消耗降低50%,传输的视频图像相似度保持在97.88%,有效降低了导航雷达视频传输系统的复杂度,具有一定的工程应用价值。 In order to reduce the complexity of narrow-band transmission systems of marine-radar video while maintaining the real-time of video transmission, a pretreatment method for marine-radar video transmission over a network is proposed. According to Nyquist sampling theory and combined with the characteristics of the marine-radar video data, a preprocessing algorithm is deduced for marine-radar video data, which has been optimized based on engineering application. Test results show that, by the pretreatment method, the compression module can be reduced to 1 from 4, and the similarity of transmission video images is kept at 97.88% by taking only 54.3 μs. Therefore the complexity of marine-radar video transmission systems can be effectively reduced, which is valuable in engineering application.
