当代青年职业价值观的不良倾向及引导——基于1185份调查问卷的实证分析

Unhealthy Tendencies and Guidance of Contemporary Youth Professional Values——An Empirical Analysis Based on 1185 Questionnaires

青年职业价值观是青年选择职业、对待就业的内在观念,影响着青年个体择业的过程和结果,也折射着青年个体就业的取向和领域。尽管当代青年职业价值观的主流是积极健康的、乐观向上的,但由于受诸多因素的影响,一些青年个体仍存在着职业价值主体自我化、职业价值标准现实化、职业价值期望理想化等不良倾向。针对当代青年职业价值观存在的不良倾向,必须坚持以社会主义核心价值观为统领,不断加大青年职业价值观的教育力度,尝试构建当代青年就业引导的新机制,从而培育和引导当代青年形成正确的职业价值观。

Professional Values of youth are the inherent concepts for them to choose occupation and face employment,which affects the process and result of the young individual＇s choosing-career,also reflects the orientation and field of the youth employment.Although the mainstream of contemporary youth values is positive,healthy and optimistic,due to the influence of many factors,some young people still have unhealthy tendencies of occupational value,such as selfhood of subject,actualization of standard and idealization of expectation.In view of the bad tendency of contemporary youth career values,we must regard socialist core values as a guide,constantly increasing education strength of youth professional value,and trying to build a new mechanism for their employment guidance,so that we could cultivate healthy occupational values for contemporary youth.
