摘要
CDIO教学模式建立了一个由相互支持的技术领域和个人、人际交往能力以及产品、过程和系统的建造能力等高度交叉的能力所组成的课程计划。在高职院校开展这样的改革背景下,专业教师必须转变自身角色,从课堂的讲授者转变为引导者、设计者,必须采取各种措施应对教师角色的转变,不断提高教师的工程实践能力、教学能力、学习能力、项目开发能力以及对学生的考核能力等,才能顺应改革的要求。
Under CDIO teaching model,the plan of a curriculum requires the integration of technical supports and highly interwoven abilities,such as personal and interpersonal skills,the ability of designing products,processes and systems and so on..In vocational colleges,with the reform and the application of CDIO model,professional teachers must transfer their roles from lecturers to guiders and designers.Therefore,in response to such transformation,various measures should be taken to constantly improve teachers'abilities including practical ability in engineering,teaching ability,learning ability,project-development ability and the ability of examining students and so on,so as to agree with the requirements of the reform.
