摘要
近年来,编制外合同制用工已经成为我国开放大学一种重要的用人形式,他们的工作满意度对开放大学的建设和发展有着重要的影响。本文采用明尼苏达满意度短式量表,对国家开放大学某分部的编制外教职工的工作满意度进行了研究,并采用SPSS16.0统计软件分析了编制外教职工工作满意度的影响因素及其影响程度,探讨了编制外教职工满意度的现状。据此,开放大学需要从提高薪酬福利待遇、强化职业生涯管理以及提高管理水平和增强归属感等方面来提高编制外教职工的工作满意度,以加强对编制外教职工的管理,提升人力资源管理水平。
In recent years,the contract staff,who are not within the utilities staffing system,play a more and more essential role in the personnel work of open universities.Their job satisfaction can largely impact their work engagement and performance,and would finally influence the construction and development of the Open University.Based on the short form of Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire,this paper studies the job satisfaction of the contract staff in Guangzhou Open University,and finds that the overall satisfaction is slightly higher than average.Through the SPSS16.0statistical software,this paper finds the influential factors of job satisfaction and its influence and discusses the current situation of their satisfaction.And finally proposes that we should raise salary welfare treatment,strengthen the career management,improve the management level and enhance the sense of belonging to improve their'job satisfaction
