摘要
我国中职与高职学前教育专业的人才培养目标存在着定位模糊、培养规格雷同、毕业生的应职岗位重复和错位等问题。针对问题提出找准中高职学前教育专业人才培养目标定位、体现中高职学前教育专业人才培养规格的层次性和递进性以及科学地确立中高职学前教育专业毕业生的应职岗位等措施。
Problems,such as vague or similar training specifications,joined or dislocated job position,exist in China's secondary vocational and higher vocational education. Aiming at the problems,this paper puts forward the measures such as the scientific establishment of the professional talents training goal orientation of preschool education specialty in Higher Vocational and technical education,reflection on the level and progressive nature of preschool education professional talents training in Higher Vocational Colleges and the scientific establishment of Vocational and technical college graduates of vocational education and other measures.
