关于普通本科高校辅导员管理的现状及对策研究——以湖州师范学院为例

Research on the Current Situation of College Counselor Management in Universities and the Countermeasures——Taking Huzhou University as an example

通过对湖州师范学院一个地方本科院校辅导员的管理模式,遴选、培训、考核、激励办法,发展现状的研究,结合各类资料分析指出高校辅导员管理存在管理主体不清晰、发展路径不明确、日常交流不充分等问题。针对这些问题提出了明确管理主体、明确发展方向、丰富交流活动三个对策,从而进一步巩固加强辅导员管理的薄弱环节,使得辅导员管理顺畅进行。

Through the research on the current situation of college counselors management in a local college in terms of management mode,the selection,training,assessment,incentive measures,the development status,combined with all kinds of data,this paper points out that the management body is not clear,the development path is not clear,the daily communication is not enough,and so on. In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward three countermeasures： to make clear the management subject,development direction and enrich the communication activities,so as to strengthen the weak link of the counselor management and make the management of the instructor smooth.
