On the Application Value of “Cloud Accounting”in Accounting Informatization of Middle and Small Scaled Companies

在计算机信息技术不断发展的背景下,国内很多中小型企业逐渐建立了会计的信息化体系,强化了会计信息的处理技术。但由于中小企业发展规模与自身性质的影响,会计的信息化建设比较缓慢,从而更加不利于中小企业的发展。而云会计在会计信息化中的应用,给各中小型企业的会计信息建设与发展提供了技术性支持,促进了中小型企业发展与进步。本文就云会计定义进行分析,探讨中小型企业中应用云会计系统的优势,研究云会计在中小型企业中的应用策略,以期提高中小企业会计信息化水平。

With the constant development of computer information technology,many middle and small scaled companies in China have gradually built up accounting information- based system and strengthened the accounting information processing technology. However,due to their development scale and nature,their accounting informatization construction is comparatively slow,which would have a negative influence in their development. ＂Cloud Accounting＂offers technical support for the construction and development of Accounting Informatization in middle and small scaled companies,thus promoting the development of those companies. The paper makes an analysis on the definition of Cloud Accounting,has a discussion over advantages of Cloud Accounting System in middle and small scaled companies,and does a search on application strategies of Cloud Accounting with the expectation that the accounting informatization level of middle and small scaled companies would be elevated.
