关于我国高校信息公开的若干思考

Thinking on Information Disclosure in Chinese Universities

高校的信息公开源自于校务公开,从高校信息公开的模糊范围到依据清单的十大类五十条具体事项的信息公开,我国的高校信息公开平台正逐渐实现向社会公众看得到、听得懂、有参与、能监督的高效平台转变,这对于建立阳光高校和透明高校、推进高校的法制化和民主化管理都有重要的现实意义。本文结合我国高校信息公开的现状,从高校信息公开的内容、意识、机构、平台及监督等几方面对高校信息公开做了探讨和研究。

Information disclosure of universities originates from school affairs publicity. From the blur extent of university information to the publication of ten categories and fifty items,university information disclosure platform in China is now gradually transformed into an effective platform which the public can see,listen to,participate into and supervise. This transformation has a positive realistic meaning for the law- based and democratic management of universities. The paper,combined with the status quo of university information disclosure in China,does a research on university information publicity from several aspects,including its content,concepts,organization,platform,supervision.
