Chinese Migrant Peasants' Image Construction from Visual Media Horizon

《泥鳅不是鱼》、《世界》、《上车,走吧!》等几部经典作品都是以城市空间视觉媒介为切入点,着力观照了街道、拆迁房、工地、车站等几种常出现的空间元素。在表现流动农民的电影中,它们不仅是普通的电影场景,还被赋予了强烈的社会和文化内涵,因而也成为构筑农民身份的主要符号,对这一系列空间元素视觉重塑的探讨,无疑具有独特的美学价值与文化内涵。

Loach Fish, the World, Get on the Bus, Let＇ s Go and several other classic works take the visual media of city space as the starting point, and focus on the analysis of spatial elements of streets, housing demolition, construc- tion sites and railway stations. In the movies on migrant peasants, they are not only ordinary movie scenes, but are al- so endowed with strong social and cultural connotations, thus becoming the main symbol of the peasant identity. The discussion of the remodeling of this series of visual spatial elements embraces a unique aesthetic value and cultural connotation.
