摘要
实践教学是对课堂理论教学的重要补充,是大学教育不可或缺的一个组成部分,对学生解决实际问题和创新能力的培养具有重要意义。通过将"水泵流量特性与效率测试"的实验项目充实实践教学内容,帮助学生进一步理解水泵流量特性曲线的含义,掌握确定水泵流量特性曲线和水泵效率的方法。该装置可以通过可编程控制器(PLC)的可视化人机界面进行对话,还可以通过编写不同的控制程序,实现"传感器与执行器"和"自控技术"课程的相关实验项目。
Experimental teaching is an important supplement to academic education,and it is great significance to the students because it will help them improve the ability of innovation and solving problem. Through this experimental project,the content of experimental course is enriched,and the students can understand the flow characteristic of the pump much better and learn how to test the flow characteristics and efficiency of pumps. The device can be dialogue via the visual interface. Meanwhile,with different control programs,some experiments can be finished for the courses "sensors and actuators"and "automatic control technology".
