一种低磁场脉冲磁疗电路的设计与实现

摘要 研究一种脉冲磁疗电路的设计与实现,该系统采用低功耗CMOS反相器芯片CD4069和二—十进制同步加计数器/分频器芯片CD4518,实现脉冲信号产生及断续波控制电路,选用N沟道MOSFET型号为IRF530N功率场效应管作为电子开关驱动磁疗线圈、产生脉冲频率为75Hz、重复周期10s的低磁场,磁场重复周期、方向和强度均可调。 Design and realization of a pulsed magnetic circuit. The system uses low- power chip CD4069 inverter CMOS and two-decimal sync up counter / divider chip CD4518,implement pause signal and intermittent wave pulse signal control circuit,the choice of the N- channel MOSFET model IRF530 N power FET as electronic switch drive magnetic coil,generating a pulse frequency of 75 Hz,repeating cycle 10 s of downfield,the field repetition cycle,direction and intensity can be adjusted.
