持续气道正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并慢性心力衰竭 被引量：3

摘要 对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并慢性心力衰竭的治疗一直是难题,对此学术界长期存在争议,持续气道正压通气可阻止呼吸暂停和低通气的发生,明显改善患者嗜睡症状以及心功能,为此类患者治疗开辟了新路径.本文将通过分析多篇国内外关于持续气道正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并慢性心力衰竭的高质量随机对照临床试验文献,综合阐述其疗效,为临床医师治疗相关疾病提供参考.
