NLRP3炎性小体与呼吸道慢性炎症性疾病

摘要 上、下呼吸道疾病,尤其是一些慢性炎症性疾病之间有着密切相关性.NLRP3炎性小体是一种存在于细胞浆中的多蛋白复合物,由NLRP3支架、ASC和caspase-1三部分组成,是固有免疫系统的重要组成部分.近年来研究发现,NLRP3炎性小体与呼吸道慢性炎症性疾病的发病密切相关.本文就NLRP3炎性小体与上、下呼吸道慢性炎症性疾病的相关性做一综述.
