摘要
通过运用研究性教学方法提高食品专业"食品分析"专业基础课的教学水平和效果,对课程中的问题进行提炼、整合、方法设计。通过对"食品分析"课程进行设计训练,使学生会选分析检验仪器、分析方法,会分析定性定量实验和会讨论实验结果。通过研究性教学培养学生创新意识,提高学生分析解决问题的能力,为今后的学习打下坚实的基础。
Problems in the course was refined,the content of "food analysis"course was integrated,teaching contents and methods were designed by the method of investigation teaching in order to improve the basic course teaching level and effect of "food analysis". By training carrier of curriculum design make the students choose inspection instruments,can make the analysis method,and analyze the qualitative and quantitative experiments to discuss the experimental results. Students’ innovative consciousness were cultivated and have ability to analysis and solve problems by investigation teaching,which lay a solid foundation for future learning.
