梅-罗综合征

摘要 梅-罗综合征（Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome,MRS）也称肉芽肿性唇炎综合征,又称复发性唇面面瘫综合征或巨唇-面瘫-皱襞舌综合征,是一种罕见的累及头颈部的神经、皮肤、黏膜疾病,临床以间歇性面瘫、再发性唇面肿及皱襞舌为主要病症.国内有散在病例报道,早期诊断困难,易被误诊.本文结合国内外文献,就其历史背景、病因、病理、发病机制、临床特征及近年来研究进展做一综述.
