异鼠李素在不同缺氧状况下抗缺氧作用的实验研究

Experimental Studies about Antihypoxic Effect of Isorhamnetin on Hypoxia Injury in Rats

目的:观察异鼠李素在不同缺氧状况下对小鼠缺氧性损伤的保护作用.方法:采用不同方法建立常压缺氧、特异性心肌缺氧及亚硝酸钠中毒性缺氧实验动物模型.研究异鼠李素在不同缺氧状况下,对小鼠存活时间的影响.结果:异鼠李素能使常压缺氧,特异性心肌缺氧及亚硝酸钠中毒性缺氧小鼠生存时间明显延长.结论:异鼠李素能提高实验小鼠在不同缺氧状态下的抗缺氧能力,表明异鼠李素具有一定的耐缺氧活性.

Objective To explore the protective effect of（-）isorhamnetin on hypoxic injury under different hypoxic conditions in mice.Method The survival time of mice were studies by using three different hypoxic models,including normal pressure hypoxia model,specific myocardial hypoxia model and sodium nitrite poisoning model.Result The result showed the isorhamnetin significantly increased the mice survival time under the three different hypoxia models.Conclusion Isorhamnetin could increase the anti-hypoxia ability under the different hypoxia conditions in mice,which indicated isorhamnetin had anti-hypoxia activities.
