摘要
为了进一步提升教师PCK,使组本研修更凸显科学化和学科化,上海市徐汇区上海小学英语教研组开展了连环推进式课堂观察组本研修活动。学校以三轮课堂观察为一组,围绕一个观察点,聚焦一项PCK知识,开展连环式听评课活动。后一轮观察在前一轮观察之后提出不足和针对性改进建议的基础上开展。每一轮观察都以"课前准备——课堂观察——课后研讨——反思交流"为研修流程,看重的是基于课程标准针对观察结果的数据进行追因分析,在实践、反思中提升教师PCK。
In order to further improve the teacher PCK,make the group more prominent scientific and scientific research,Shanghai Primary School English teaching and research group carried out a series of research activities in the classroom observation group.The school takes three rounds of classroom observation as a group,around an observation point,focus on a PCK knowledge,to carry out a series of listening to the evaluation of the activity.After a round of observation in the first round of observation and improvement suggestions based on the proposed.Each round of observation is to"prepare for the class observation,the classroom observation,the exchange"for the training process,the value is based on the curriculum standards for observation results of the data analysis,in practice,to improve the teacher PCK.
