目的:研究Pinnacle计划系统中人体与外界相通的空腔处理方法对剂量计算的影响。方法:在Pinnacle计划系统中对人体与外界相通的空腔做不同处理设计三个计划,在Elekta Synergy加速器下测量实际值与计划系统计算值做对比。结果:三种空腔处理方法对剂量的影响都在可接受范围内。

Objective： Research the body cavity with the outside in Pinnacle treatment planning system affects dose calculation. Methods： Design three different treatment plans by using different treatment methods in Pinnacle planning system to compare the actual value measured in the Elekta Synergy accelerator with the calculated value. Results： The influence of three different treatment plans to dose are within the acceptable range.
