摘要
粗集料对于沥青路面的宏观构造和微观构造的形成都具有重要作用,其形状、棱角和表面纹理与路面表层的抗滑性关系密切。文章分别采用经过0次、300次和1 000次洛杉矶磨耗的不同棱角性粗集料组成AC-16C与SMA-16级配沥青混合料,并采用摆式摩擦系数仪法和铺砂法分别测量其摩擦系数和构造深度,同时,通过AIMSⅡ扫描沥青混合料试件表面,从细观尺度分析粗集料的棱角性对沥青混合料抗滑性能的影响机理。结果表明:粗集料的棱角性对沥青混合料抗滑性能的影响较大,两者之间具有较好的线性相关关系。
The coarse aggregate has an important role for the formation of macroscopic and microscopic structure of asphalt pavement,its shape,angularity and surface texture are closely related to the sliding resistance of pavement surface.This article respectively adopted the coarse aggregate with different angularity and after 0,300,and 1 000 times of Los Angeles abrasion to constitute AC-16 Cand SMA-16 graded asphalt mixtures,and used the pendulum friction coefficient tester method and sanding method to respectively measure their friction coefficient and structure depth,meanwhile,through scanning the asphalt mixture specimen surface by AIMS Ⅱ,it analyzed the impact mechanism of coarse aggregate angularity on the sliding resistance of asphalt mixture from the microscopic scale.The results showed that:the angularity of coarse aggregate has greater impact on the sliding resistance of asphalt mixture,with a good linear correlation between them.
