摘要
文章以交联聚乙烯(XLPE)作为改性剂制备交联聚乙烯改性沥青,分析其改性机理,并使用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对交联聚乙烯改性沥青进行了温度扫描和频率扫描试验。试验结果表明:XLPE能够提高沥青的劲度并增加沥青的弹性成分,改善了沥青的高温稳定性和抗流动变形能力。
With cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)as the modifier for preparing the cross-linked polyethy-lene modified asphalt,this article analyzed its modification mechanism,and conducted the temperature scanning and frequency scanning tests on cross-linked polyethylene modified asphalt by using the dy-namic shear rheometer(DSR).The results showed that:XLPE can improve the stiffness of asphalt and increase the flexibility component of asphalt,which improved the high-temperature stability and flow de-formation resistance.
