机械加工是指利用机械作为加工工具进行标准化的生产。但机械加工过程会经常出现不同程度的误差,原因主要有机床设备识差、工艺设计不合理、工件应力等所致。如何减少误差?在优化设备配置、调整加工工艺的条件下,可采取误差补偿法、分化原始误差及通过减少原始误差等措施提高工件的加工精度。

The mechanical processing means using machinery as processing tools for standardized production. However,mechanical process often appears some degrees of errors,the reasons of which are machine tool equipment identification,unreasonable design and so on.This article discusses the way to reduce the errors.Under conditions of optimizing equipment and adjusting processing technology,measures such as error compensation method and reducing original error can be taken to improve processing accuracy.
