基于Solidworks的空气——空气冷却器性能数值模拟

摘要 空气——空气冷却器是目前风力发电机组中常用的一种关键设备。基于三维雷诺时均的纳维斯托克斯方程和气体标准湍流模型方程,采用自适应直角坐标网络以及标准SIMPLE方法,利用Solidworks Flow Simulation插件对某风力发电机组用铝箔片平板式空——空冷却器性能进行了数值模拟,并分析了该冷却器内部流动现象与传热规律。预测了此种空空冷却器的换热功率和总传热系数,与物理模型试验结果比较接近。结果表明此种数值模拟方法具有较高的精度,能为空空冷却器结构优化设计与性能预测提供理论基础。 Air-air cooler is key equipment which is commonly used in wind power generator set.Based on 3D Reynolds averaged navier-stokes equations and gas standard turbulence model equations,auto-adaptive Cartesian grid approach,standard simple algorithms,and Solidworks Flow Simulation plug-in are used to simulate the flowing characteristics and heat transfer performance of Aluminium foil plate air-to-air cooler used in wind power generator set,and predicts its total heat transfer power and coefficient.The result shows this method has a higher precision,and provides theoretical foundation for optimizing air-to-air cooler structure and forecasting its performance.
