摘要
为了保证飞刀铣削加工的超精密性,充分发挥信息技术的作用,对工艺参数进行必要的优化与升级。结合当前超精密飞刀铣削加工的实际,对工艺参数优化在超精密飞刀铣削加工中的应用进行科学分析,以期促进电子元器件的超精细化生产与加工,进一步提升电子产品制造质量。
In order to ensure ultra-precision of the fly cutter milling processing, give full play to the role of information technology,it is necessary to optimize and upgrade the process parameters.Combining with the ultra-precision fly cutter milling processing,this paper aims to scientifically analyze the application of process parameters optimization in ultra-precision fly cutter milling.So its scientific application in practice and the modernization of the industrial production of our country can be promoted.
