基于松下FPI-C72的变频恒压供水系统设计

摘要 设计了一套基于松下PLC的变频恒压供水系统。硬件主控制器选用松下FPI-C72型PLC,变频调速装置选用三菱公司的FR-A740通用型变频器,通过6个接触器对3个水泵实现正反转控制,通过压力变送器对水压进行监测。对系统的PLC程序进行了设计,实现了手动和自动切换运行模式。 This article designs a set of variable frequency constant pressure water supply system based on Panasonic PLC,Panasonic FPI-C72 PLC is chosen as hardware main controller,Mitsubishi FR-A740 universal frequency converter is used as variable frequency conversion speed regulating device.Through controlling the water pump by six contactors,and monitoring the quality of water through the pressure transmitter.The system design of the PLC program is made,and the manual and automatic switching operation mode is realized.
