陕北延安地区的苹果、红枣、小米等农产品已享誉中外。为满足旅游市场对特色农产品的一年四季均衡供货,保鲜贮藏贮运就显得非常重要。农产品的不同品种,其贮藏与运输条件也不尽相同。应根据延安特色农产品的特点,发展保鲜贮藏技术及冷藏运输装备。
Fruits such as apple in Yan＇an area are famous all over the world.In order to meet the demand of the tourism market,it is important to develop fresh storage technology.Storage and transporting condition differ with different species of agricultural products.Fresh storage technology and equipment should be developed according to the characteristics of agricultural products in Yan＇an area.
