Research on Teaching Reform of Tourism Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on High-quality Technical Skilled Personnel Training Goal

高职院校旅游管理专业理论课程与实践相脱节,普遍缺乏具有实践经验的教师团队,对学生的评估方式过于简化,从而影响了高素质技术技能型人才的培养。高职旅游管理专业教学改革可从以下方面寻求突破:课程体系模块化改革、实践教学体系化改革、学生评估多样化和就业订单化改革、教师培训岗位化改革。

In higher vocational colleges,tourism management major courses disconnect with practice,teaching faculty with practical experiences are deficient,and evaluation of students is too simple.Thus,the training of high quality professional talents is seriously affected.The teaching reform of tourism management major can make breakthrough in the following ways：the reform of curriculum system modules,the reform of practice teaching system,the reform of diverse evaluation system,the reform of employment order and the reform of teacher training.
